Travelers departing from the United States should plan to depart on September 2nd to ensure arrival in Berlin on September 3rd for the tour commencement. This allows for time zone adjustments and smooth transition into the experience.
Please DO NOT book individual flights until TREKZ confirms minimum participation requirements have been met and tour departure is guaranteed. We will notify all registered participants once the group size is confirmed and provide clearance to proceed with flight arrangements.

Depending on arrival times, a welcome dinner will take place, offering the opportunity to meet fellow travelers and ease into the days ahead together. Day 2 - Opening Tip-Off: USA vs. China
Friday, 04 September 2026 The tournament officially begins with USA vs. China – your first Follow-Your-Team group phase game. Use your Mobility Pass to reach the arena seamlessly, as the city fills with international fans heading towards the venues. Experience world-class basketball live as Team USA opens their campaign for gold, followed by relaxed moments around the hotel or in nearby areas to digest the opening match atmosphere.

Day 3 - Berlin Discovery Day
Saturday, 05 September 2026 Basketball meets culture. Today is a rest day between USA matches, featuring our Urban Street Food Safari (12:00 – 15:00) – a guided exploration of Berlin's most vibrant food markets and neighbourhoods. Experience the tastiest introduction to a city that takes its food as seriously as its basketball, before enjoying individual time to explore or connect with fellow travelers. The hotel remains your natural meeting point to digest both the culinary discoveries and tournament excitement.

Monday, 07 September 2026 The final group phase game: USA vs. Czechia. After your last Follow-Your-Team session, Team USA concludes their group stage campaign. The day offers time to reflect on three intense games, explore, or enjoy Berlin at a more relaxed pace. For guests continuing into the final phase, this day marks a natural transition. For others, it provides a well-rounded conclusion to the group phase experience.

Day 6 - Signature Day & Iconic Dining
Tuesday, 08 September 2026 After breakfast, the day opens with possibilities for deeper Berlin exploration (we are currently developing a signature experience that would offer unique city insights – details to be confirmed).
